I continue to really like the quality of the products, but the website refresh is not all that refreshing, I find it more difficult to navigate than before.

The king crab legs were old. Cut opened for convenience causing the meet to be dried and freezer burned. Thus, terribly dried and bitter after it was steamed. To add insult to injury, the FEDEX truck broke down and the blue crab, salmon, haddock, scallops, and tuna steaks were not temperature appropriate. That, of course, ruined my birthday dinner party. The good thing was that they replaced the items that were not temperature appropriate, 2 days after my birthday, they are in my freezer 😳. I didn’t even complained about the crab. So I lost $190 something for 4 or 5 old dried king crab legs. Being a seafood connoisseur as I and a New England resident, I could get fresher and cheaper. I will never buy anything from this company again. Too expensive and over rated.

I paid approximately $170 (including shipping) for your frozen Maryland crab cakes...highlighted by your targeted ad to be wonderful. They arrived frozen as promised. So shipping was excellent, but the crab was less than disappointing. While what I ate did not make me I'll, the crab meat was not at all fresh nor tasty.

I haven’t had time to make my lobster tails yet due to
heath issues. However the delivery was great & the tails
look great, as do the scallops.

Because of the ever present pandemic I now shop by delivery! Ordering seafood online from Folgers was quick and easy. The order arrived on time and I thoroughly enjoyed two crab fish cakes that night. Snapper, grouper, branzino, salmon and grey sole fillet (each package clearly marked) are at the ready! Yea!

Order came pretty well packed. Mushed, but items were quite cold. Only tried 2 items, but they were delicious. For the same price as local, much better

My order was delivered on time as promised. I was not happy with one of the items and and a refund was promptly issued with no hassle.
